Description of a nightmare

A Nightmare

Yesterday when I slept, I had a nightmare

It’s not something I generally like to share

On a rickshaw we were going out

But on the rickshaw driver I had a little doubt

One wrong turn and I got scared

"Mom, let's catch another rickshaw!", I declared

Even more than I imagined, the place was freaky

And around the same time, the tires became creaky

From the doors nearby, many clowns were coming out

Some were tall, some were short, some were thin and some were stout

All the clowns shouted, "Don't you dare leave!"

"Else, sooner or later, we'll make you grieve."

Then a clown  jumped me just like an ape
I kicked down  and made  a narrow escape

After that without thinking much  further
I simply reach ed home  with my mother

Then my mother told me to eat

Just then a door opened beneath my feet

I  started to fall and said a prayer
And then I woke up and realized it was a nightmare

Word poem

Write a poem

This little piece of poetry

To your heart will make an entry

Writing poems should be elementary
Everywhere in this known country

A little drop of ink blue

Could give a hint or clue

That someone has written a poem pure

An angry mind it would cure

A poet is definitely mature

For that I am totally sure

Write a Poem, It’s my suggestion

It’s for you, it will reduce your tension

Try to write a poem which is hilarious

But if the jokes don’t land, the reader might go delirious

Sometimes it might take an hour or two

So, be careful with the paper cause mine just flew

In a drop of water if someone was to drown

Would be onstage a crying clown

Write a poem write it fancy

Write it with regular frequency

Write a poem, write it about a building

You can make it upright or you can make it tilting

Write a poem, telling tales of fairies

About Rapunzel, Cinderella, Taurus or Aries

Write a poem about someone frantic

Write a poem about something romantic

If you don’t write a poem it is perfectly OK

You can write it another day, it doesn’t have to be today

A place in my heart

To start, right at the start

This place has a special place in my heart

A very very big place it is

My father’s father: it's his

When we sit around the table and eat

I feel then, my family is complete

To this great place I always go

I’m always ready and I never say no!

I like ,when the guests come and we talk a lot

But when they leave, I don’t like silence at the spot

Whenever I go there, I’m everybody’s pet

It’s a place in my heart, I will never forget

I am…

I am a naughty child

Who sometimes goes a little wild

I am as light as cloud and rain

Who floats around and weeps in pain

In my height, I may look small

But in my mind I am very tall

I am a person of a little greed

Doesn’t make me from a unique breed

I am a book worm, just like my father

Watch cartoons on T.V? I’ll read a good book rather

Jayden is my best friend; do you know why?

Because he’s very disciplined, but a bit shy

A Karate champion, I want to be

That is all, that is me !!!
